Femme Forty Racing is a cycling team for femme, woman, transgender, and non-binary athletes. Founded in late 2021 in Madison, Wisconsin, our mission is to bring new participants into competitive cycling by promoting and empowering people of marginalized identities, including women, transgender, femme, and non-binary cyclists.
Through mentorship, community building, knowledge sharing, and advocacy we aim to create a safe space where femme athletes who are curious about competitive cycling can take the leap. We hope to diversify bike racing, support teammates in their cycling goals, and ultimately feed the entry-level FTWN-B pipeline.
