The Wisconsin Cyclocross Series does not run regular practices, but some practices are run by teams of volunteers. Most practices are run in all weather; however, to find out if a practice has been cancelled, please contact the associated organizer.

Organizer: Neff Cycle Service

Courses will be set-up by 5pm on Wednesday. Practices start officially at 5:30pm with barrier, cornering and starts practice. A race, or two, will be at 6pm

Practices are open to everyone so please pass along this info to anyone who might be interested! You do not need to have a cyclocross specific bike to join, a mountain or gravel bike works great.

Organizer: Palomino American Cyclocross

Palomino American Cyclocross (Pal/AX) is hosting cyclocross practice starting Wednesday, August 4 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm in Kletzch Park or Kern Park and will continue most Wednesdays through the season (Sept – Nov).

These practices are beginner-friendly for the cross curious. Bring any bike and wear whatever you like. All are welcome.

Tune your bike handling skills with organized starts, cornering, dismounts, run-ups and maybe a mock race for some “real world” application.
